I purchased 2 vouchers since last week Thursday which were not delivered even after sending 3 emails. I have had similar experiences in the past and their customer care would just come after dropping the voucher to say: you should have your voucher now....no apology whatsoever after wasting people's time and making then anxious and lose the time they planned to write their examinations.


Can you just send my pending vouchers and try to improve on your services,  customer care skills or just stop doing this service if you wouldn't be kind and fair to customers?

I wish I could rate you guys on (-) rating scale.

I have made a voucher order for almost 72 hours now and haven't received it and the message says 3 hours after purchase. I have sent atleast 3 mails with no response from anyone. I hope I haven't been scammed. If it's going to take longer I think you should do well to be truthful and give people and exact timing to expect delivery.

I am yet to receive the voucher I ordered almost 72hours ago, my payment was acknowledged and asked to check back in 3hours. The contact number is not in service, I have sent several mails, but no one is responding. When am I expected to receive my voucher?

i wish i saw some review before using the service .your money will be debited immediately but you will not see the voucher, the contact number  they release is not in service and when you send mail nobody replies.

I wish I read reviews prior to attempting to use this service. The voucher takes forever to be delivered and the exchange rate is super high.

I'm yet to receive the exam voucher I ordered two days ago, i was admonished in the confirmatory mail I got to wait for 3 hours to receive my voucher code and that if i didn't get it within the stipulated time i should contact pvemeamindhub@pearson.com immediately. After the 3 hours, i didn't receive the code. I have sent several emails containing my receipt number and shipping details but yet to get any response.
