I have tried 5 debit cards and credit cards, nothing works. Can someone in the company do something about this.

The test voucher i purchased not working. when i tried to input in the voucher section, it says not able to use in my country.
I have been sending series of mails, but no response. i believe i should at least get a response so as to know my next move.
